Brownstown United Methodist Church is able to have a good time Easter and can also be introducing a brand new group.
Friday at 6 p.m., the group is invited to collect for Good Friday worship at Heritage Park, 121 E. Walnut St., Brownstown. This will likely be an outside occasion hosted by the church buildings in Brownstown taking part on this week’s crosswalk, so everyone seems to be welcome to deliver a garden chair. In case of rain, the members will distance themselves socially on the pavilion.
An Easter Dawn Service will likely be held at 7:30 am Sunday on the Church Garden, 110 N. Poplar St., Brownstown. There may even be an everyday service at 10 a.m. on Sunday contained in the church.
As well as, Brownstown UMC is launching a bunch of scholarships for girls. Conferences are scheduled for 1 p.m. and seven p.m. on April 5. Ladies can come at a time that most closely fits their schedule.
The group is open to all ladies, whether or not they’re church members or not. Within the first assembly, the ladies will focus on what they see as the aim of the group and what they’ll do to maneuver ahead.
Lastly, the church is restarting Sunday Faculty for adults at 9 a.m. on April 11.
The church is accessible to folks with disabilities.
